Enterprise Air Route Surveillance Radar Replacement Sources Sought Request of Information

The U.S. Air Force is conducting market research to identify industry partners capable of delivering a next‑generation long‑range Air Route Surveillance Radar (ARSR‑R) to replace aging ARSR‑4 systems at multiple continental U.S. sites. This Sources‑Sought RFI seeks technical, architectural, and cost information on commercial or non‑developmental radar solutions that meet modern performance, cybersecurity, and interoperability requirements. Respondents must submit a two‑volume response (technical approach and cost/ schedule) by 9 Oct 2026 via DoD SAFE, and provide a ROM cost estimate, TRL, and deployment strategy.
