Roadway Construction Services

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division is seeking qualified roadway contractors to provide complete roadway contracting services for a wide range of projects. The contractors will be responsible for providing services such as roadway installation, turn lane modifications, and intersection improvements. The contract term is intended to be for three years with two one-year renewal options. The county requires contractors to be certified in the State of Florida and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations. • The contractors will be selected based on their experience, capacity, and specialized expertise. • The contract will be awarded to one or more proposers, and the results of this solicitation may be used by other county departments. • The contractors will be compensated on a lump sum, unit price, or time and material basis, and they will be required to provide backup documentation for their time and materials. • The county reserves the right to waive any or all of the requirements and to separately solicit any job if it's in the best interest of the county.
