ITB: Longwood Road Sewer Project Ancillary Items DWI Project No. SRP-W-ARP-0297

Brunswick County is soliciting sealed bids for ancillary materials related to the Longwood Road Sewer Project. The project includes installing low-pressure sewer collection systems to provide wastewater service to a currently underserved, rural area of Brunswick County. The materials requested in this Invitation to Bid are directly associated with, and necessary for, the completion of this project. The materials are grouped by product type, and bidders may submit bids for one or more groups. The County reserves the right to award more than one contract to more than one bidder, based on bids received for the various groups. • The project is expected to be funded by a grant from the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, with a maximum amount of $14,956,200. • The project includes the installation of low-pressure sewer collection systems, and the materials requested are directly associated with this project. • Bidders must submit a bid proposal form for each group they are bidding on, and the form must include anticipated lead times for each product. • The County reserves the right to request financial information from bidders to support the viability of the bidder.
