Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the construction of a new archery range at the existing Park County Shooting Range. The project includes constructing 8 gravel shooting lanes, a 4-foot-wide walking path, a parking lot, and installation of a storage shed and archery target frames. The work shall be completed in 75 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
• The project requires a 5% bid bond for bids over $50,000.
• The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond.
• The project is subject to the Buy America preference.
• The contractor must comply with the Colorado Labor requirements.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance.
• The project includes optional bid items for parking lot boulders, manual labor, skid steer, excavator time, and signage.
