The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Kessel Run Division is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors that can provide sustainment services for the Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) software suite. The effort includes software maintenance, bug fixes, cybersecurity patches, help‑desk support, training (both remote and in‑person), and potential cloud/on‑premises deployment across CONUS and OCONUS locations. Work may be performed at the contractor’s facility, remotely, or on‑site at Hanscom AFB (MA) and Langley AFB (VA). The contract will be a two‑year effort (one‑year base period with two six‑month options) with a total estimated value of $5‑10 M. All personnel must be U.S. citizens with Top‑Secret/SCI eligibility, and the contractor must be able to handle classified (CUI, Secret, Top Secret) data in a secure virtual environment.
• Sustainment of JTT‑CP 5.x codebase (bug fixes, patches, minor enhancements)
• 24/7/365 help‑desk and exercise support (CONUS/OCONUS)
• Remote and on‑site training for administrators and end‑users
• Deployment and integration with multiple security domains (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, AFSCI, coalition networks)
• Compliance with stringent security clearances (U.S. citizens, TS/SCI)
• Option for cloud or on‑premises installation, including austere environment support
• Required expertise in Jakarta Enterprise Beans, SOAP & REST APIs, agile development, and classified environment handling.
