Window and Door Replacement

The Somerset Public Schools invites sealed bids from contractors for the Window and Door Replacement project at North Elementary School. The project includes window replacement with energy-efficient aluminum storefront with operable windows, replacement of select hollow metal and overhead doors, and other miscellaneous work. The contractor must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of work, Doors and Windows. The bid deposit must be not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount. • The project is estimated to cost $1,715,367.00. • The bid forms and contract documents are available for review at www.biddocs.com. • A pre-bid conference and site visit are scheduled for 04/07/2026 at 4:00PM EDT. • The general bids will be received until 04/28/2026 at 10:00AM EDT and publicly opened online. • The filed sub-bids will be received until 04/16/2026 at 10:00AM EDT and publicly opened online.
