Budget estimate

$45,000,000 – $90,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the cost of constructing 180 family housing units. Assuming an average cost of $250,000 to $500,000 per unit, the total cost of the project would be around $45 million to $90 million. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on various factors such as the location, design, and amenities of the units.
