Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase three eye exam chairs for the Syracuse VAMC Surgery Department. The chairs must have specific features such as manual pneumatic assisted recline, power hydraulic lift, and membrane switches. The contractor must deliver the chairs within 4-6 weeks to the Syracuse VA Medical Center. The contract is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
• The chairs must have a recline bar and armrests that lock in place
• The chairs must have a large, hinged footrest and swivel 330 degrees
• The chairs must be made of vinyl or cleanable material and have locking castors or brake
• The contractor must provide onsite delivery and installation
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to child labor and trafficking in persons
