Description
The Town of Brookline, Vermont is seeking a dry stone building professional to restore the historic stone arch bridge structure number 66-11 of Brookline, VT Culvert Inventory Map. The scope of work includes closing down the road for job completion, removing pavement, removing guard rails, dismantling and resetting the stone wing walls, and mitigating erosion behind the dry stone wing walls. The project must be completed by September 15, 2026.
• The project is funded by FEMA and all bidders must meet applicable FMEA requirements.
• Bidders must attend a meeting and site visit on March 10 at 11:30 AM at Town Hall.
• Bids must be received at Town Hall by no later than 2:00 PM on March 30, 2026.
• The Town Selectboard reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason at its sole discretion.
