The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a qualified landlord (or authorized representative) to lease approximately 1,900 sf of retail/customer‑service space in Nantucket for a 10‑year gross lease term. The lease requires the landlord to provide a fully‑gross rent that includes operating‑expenses, taxes, and a build‑out allowance if the space is not already finished to the specified standards. Additional requirements include 12 general parking spaces plus one accessible space, provision for EV charging stations, compliance with ADA/MAAB accessibility standards, hazardous‑substance remediation, and adherence to state sustainability and decarbonization goals.
