Description
The VA seeks to replace two non‑functional MANOSCAN AR catheters and obtain one‑year extended warranty coverage to restore high‑resolution anorectal manometry capability at the Cleveland VA Medical Center. The award will include delivery, setup, and integration of the catheters, associated software, accessories, and warranty services, all to be FOB destination at the VA warehouse. The contractor must be an authorized OEM/ distributor for the MANOSCAN (Medtronic) system, provide new (non‑remanufactured) equipment, and ensure full compatibility with the existing HRM system.
• Provide two MANOSCAN AR catheters (2192) and two 1‑year extended‑warranty service agreements (SRV‑HRMARCATH‑EXW).
• Deliver to VA warehouse (10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106), coordinate with Gastroenterology and Biomedical Engineering staff, and perform on‑site setup and verification.
• Must be a small business (SDVOSB/VOSB) as the solicitation is set‑aside to SBA; OEM authorization letter required.
