Veterans Park Pickleball Court Conversion Project

The City of Grand Terrace is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the conversion of an existing basketball court at Veterans Park into four pickleball courts. The project includes surface preparation, acrylic sports court surfacing and striping, installation of four permanent pickleball net systems, and installation of chain-link fencing. The project is a public works project subject to prevailing wage requirements. Bidders must possess a valid California Contractor's License and active DIR registration. • The project requires the conversion of an existing concrete basketball court into four pickleball courts. • The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. • The project includes surface preparation, application of an acrylic sports court color coating system, court layout and striping, installation of permanent pickleball net systems, and installation of chain-link fencing. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations, and pay prevailing wages and comply with all applicable labor compliance requirements. • The successful contractor shall submit certified payroll records, and all required prevailing wage documentation in accordance with State law.
