The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking a supplier of gas tanks, including helium, nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, and compressed air. The supplier will be required to provide cylinders of various sizes and grades, with specific consumption rates and estimated annual usage. The DEA intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). • The supplier must provide quotes for all or none of the required gases and cylinders. • The quotes must include any additional costs, such as demurrage, pickup/delivery charges, fuel surcharge, cylinder testing or surcharges, and safety & compliance fees. • The supplier must also specify the estimated time frame necessary for pickup, filling, and redelivery of the cylinders, as well as the possibility of completing a cylinder swap during the fill process.
