Description
West Virginia University is seeking a general contractor to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and services to perform the construction of premium seating and press area at the Hope Coliseum. The project includes the installation of seating, press area, and other related work. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the University. The project is expected to start in January 2026 and be completed by August 31, 2026.
• The contractor will be required to provide a lump sum price for the base price of the project.
• The contractor will be required to provide a tentative construction schedule and a proposed timeline for completing the work.
• The contractor will be required to provide information about their company and team qualifications, project experience, and project approach.
• The contractor will be required to provide a description of their proposed construction methods and quality control procedures.
• The contractor will be required to provide information about their subcontractors and their experience working with the University.
