Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for the purchase of a Box Truck for the Office of Technology Services (OTS). The truck should be a 2026 Ford E-450SD Box Van, and Rockport 16'L x 96"W x 84"H van body or equal. Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and include a copy of a valid dealer's license with their bid. The bid should include all applicable taxes and the price should be firm for at least 30 days.
• The bid should be submitted online via the LaGov vendor portal or manually signed in ink.
• The bid should include all required documents, such as Attachment A - Special Terms and Conditions, Attachment B - Specifications, and Attachment C - Online Bidding Instructions.
• The bid should be received at the address specified in the solicitation prior to the bid opening time to be considered.
• The State of Louisiana reserves the right to reject any bid that does not comply with the requirements of the solicitation.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the best value bid, considering factors such as price, quality, and delivery time.
