Description
The City of Salina is seeking sealed‑bid contractors to upgrade the electrical service to the Wyatt Water Tower and install a new obstruction lighting system. The work includes removing the existing service, installing new conduit, meter pedestal, panelboard, and a double‑head red LED obstruction light with photocell controls, as well as associated grounding, testing, and documentation. The contract is a lump‑sum award; the lowest responsive bid will be selected. Bidders must provide a 5 % bid security, carry the specified insurance, and warrant their work for two years.
