The State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is providing notice of contractor settlement for the Busy Bee Compaction Grouting Project. The notice is for any person or entity that has an unpaid claim against the project for labor, materials, or other supplies. Claims must be filed with the authorized individual, Teresa Donaldson, prior to the final settlement.
• The project involves the construction of a compaction grouting project.
• The contractor is Harrison Western Construction Corporation.
• Claims must be filed prior to the final settlement on or after April 2, 2026.
• The notice is for any person or entity that has an unpaid claim against the project.
