Description
The Dickinson-Iron ISD is seeking proposals for the procurement and installation of electronic door badge readers as part of the Tech Center renovation project. Vendors may bid on either or both of two sections: reader procurement and reader installation. The project requires the provision of 11 Schlage RC11 readers, 46 Schlage RC15 readers, and 4 Schlage RCK15 readers, along with associated cabling and infrastructure. Installation may include removal of existing readers, installation and termination of new readers, and connection to existing access control infrastructure.
• The project has specific requirements for pricing, lead times, and warranty information.
• Vendors must provide relevant experience with Engage/PureAccess control systems.
• The project schedule is estimated to be completed prior to August 22, 2026.
• All work must comply with applicable electrical and low-voltage standards.
