Description
The State of Tennessee’s Military Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a one‑year, full‑service fence and gate installation at the Army National Guard facility in Jacksboro, TN. The scope includes supplying and installing approximately 409 linear feet of 7‑ft tall security fence, two automated security gates, associated access‑control hardware, heavy‑duty gate operators, concrete pads, conduit work, and related electrical and data integration with the existing AIPHONE system. All labor, materials, equipment, and warranties are required; the contractor must attend a mandatory site visit and submit a sealed bid.
• Install 409 LF of Ameristar Impasse II (or approved equal) security fence with 3‑rail design, concrete‑set posts, and 15‑year “Perma‑Coat” finish.
• Provide and install two automated gates (≈32 LF & 34 LF) with steel V‑Track design, bollard protection, and a single‑man gate opening.
• Supply access‑control components compatible with AIPHONE, including dual‑height gooseneck stands, cameras, conduit, and concrete‑filled bollards.
• Install Hy Security SlideDriver 15 gate operators, associated power and data conduit, detector loops, and emergency lock hardware.
• Deliver all required spec sheets, warranties, and as‑built drawings; verify measurements and underground utilities; attend mandatory site visit.
