Proposal for Rodent and Pest Control Services

The Navajo Nation Judicial Branch is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Rodent and Pest Control Services for its facilities. The contract will be for 21 months, from January 1, 2026, to September 30, 2028. The services will include: * Pest and rodent elimination and prevention for all interior and exterior areas of the listed facilities * Quarterly inspections and pest monitoring * Recommendations to prevent future pest and rodent infestations * Elimination services for crawling insects, biting insects, flying insects, and rodents * Provision of labor, supplies, and equipment for the services The proposal should include: * A letter of transmittal * A statement of qualifications, including a resume, references, and certifications * A proposal on contract approach, including details on how the objectives will be accomplished * A cost and budget breakdown, including a detailed cost proposal broken down by each month The evaluation criteria for the proposals will include: * Presentation of response (10 points) * Statement of qualifications (20 points) * Technical requirements (20 points) * Project management (20 points) * Cost of service (20 points) The total possible points are 90. The Navajo Nation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the RFP.
