The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify qualified firms that can provide General Engineering Consulting (GEC) services for its Alternative Delivery Program across two contract groups (Districts 1, 6, 7 and Districts 2‑5). The work will be performed under two on‑call Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a term of up to five years and a total contract ceiling of $25 million per IDIQ (minimum $25 k). Qualified firms will be evaluated in two phases—initial SOQ review and a subsequent technical‑approach/ interview phase—using criteria such as project‑manager experience, team resources, past performance, and technical approach. Successful firms will act as owner‑representatives, providing pre‑let and post‑let engineering services, design reviews, utility and environmental consulting, and support for GDOT’s P3 projects. • IDIQ contracts (pre‑let & post‑let) for two district groups • Up to 5‑year term, $25 k–$25 M per contract • Two‑phase evaluation (SOQ + technical interview) • Services include engineering design, review, utility, environmental, ITS, and risk management • Primary contact: Temekia Arnold ([email protected])
