The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division seeks to establish an indefinite‑delivery, multi‑award master agreement to provide tree‑related services on all Division‑owned properties across the state. Contracts will be awarded line‑by‑line to the lowest hourly‑rate bidders, with up to five suppliers per line item, and a base period of twelve months with the option to extend up to five additional years. Vendors must hold the required insurance, an Alabama revenue license, and be able to submit itemized, pre‑approved quotes for each job. Payments are made on an hourly basis, electronically, and invoices must match approved quotes.
• Services include tree cutting, trimming, stump grinding, debris clean‑up/haul‑off, mulching, and any related tasks as requested.
• Work is performed on an as‑needed basis across two geographic regions (North and South) covering all listed counties.
