Description
The Town of Royalton is requesting proposals to provide tree maintenance services at the Royalton Broad Brook Cemetery. The scope of services includes removal and stump grinding of two large pine trees. One pine can be felled and left in place. The project should be completed no later than October 31st, 2026.
• Site visit is scheduled for 8/7/2026 at 2pm.
• Sealed bids are due by 11:00am on 8/21/2026.
• Bid award is scheduled for 8/25/2026.
The town of Royalton maintains the right to adjust this request for bid proposals and to extend the contract for up to three years.
