Drainage Improvements

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for stormwater drainage improvements at two OHA locations in the city of Omaha. The project is divided into two lots: Lot 1 is at Frances Court Apartments and Lot 2 is at Park Villa Apartments. The scope of work includes site preparation, installation of underground concrete drainage pipes, and post-construction site restoration.
