GAOA – Strawberry – Kamas Bunkhouse Renovations on the Uinta/Wasatch/Cache National Forest

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to perform renovations on two bunkhouses and residences at the Strawberry and Kamas sites in Utah. The project includes all necessary demolition, construction, and remodeling to alleviate existing housing deterioration. The contractor will be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete the entire work ready for use not later than April 1, 2027. • The contractor will be responsible for providing a site superintendent to represent them in the field. • The contractor will be required to attend weekly progress meetings and provide regular updates to the Contracting Officer's Representative. • The contractor will be responsible for furnishing any required performance and payment bonds. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution.
