Description
The Clean Water Services is seeking proposals for the construction of the Springville Creek-Bethany Lake Stream Enhancement Project. The project includes several components such as temporary water management, instream and bank grading, stream bank stabilization, large wood habitat structure placement, revegetation, and public interaction. The proposer must have demonstrated experience in construction within natural resource areas with limited access, seasonal time constraints, and a high level of public interaction.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on April 27, 2026.
• The proposal must be submitted electronically through Bid Locker by May 4, 2026, 5:00 PM.
• The proposer must be licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and comply with state prevailing wage rate requirements.
• The project is subject to public works bond requirements.
