The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking a total‑small‑business set‑aside vendor to provide post‑construction environmental compliance monitoring for the OR FLAP GRANT 24(2) Granite Hill Road Reconstruction Phase II. The scope includes routine inspections, turbidity monitoring, sediment removal, maintenance of erosion controls, and documentation of the Environmental Stormwater Compliance Plan (ESCP).
