THERMO SCIENTIFIC 2 YEAR SERVICE PLAN

The NASA/NSSC has a requirement for a Thermo Scientific 2-year service plan for analytical gas chromatographs, detectors, and mass spectrometers in the Code 691 Agnostic Biosignatures Collective laboratory. The service plan should include annual performance maintenance visits, corrective maintenance, and replacement of parts subject to wear. The contractor must provide proof of certification by the manufacturer, Thermo Electron, to ensure compliance with OEM requirements. * The service plan must be customized to include annual performance maintenance visits for the Exploris 240 Orbitrap and TSQ mass spectrometers * One corrective maintenance visit throughout the service plan coverage period shall be included for the Exploris Orbitrap and TSQ mass spectrometer * The contractor shall replace all parts subject to wear as defined in the product-specific PM checklist for the aforementioned pieces of equipment receiving PM services * Guaranteed genuine manufacturer Quality Parts for PM visit * Comprehensive PM parts kit, which shall be provided for each and every PM visit * Priority response time for all visits
