Kenai Lake Work Center Storage and Security

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for the Kenai Lake Work Center Storage and Security project. The project includes the construction of a new pole barn building, installation of dry utilities, and grading of the existing storage yard area for stormwater drainage improvements. The contractor will also be responsible for relocating Seward Electric's transformer and installing a security fence and gates around the storage yard. The project is located at the Kenai Lake Work Center in Seward, Alaska. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price for the project. • The contractor must have experience with similar construction projects. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution. • The contractor must provide a Bid Bond (20%) if the total priced quote exceeds $150,000. • The contractor must provide a Payment Bond (100%) if the award is between $35,000 and $150,000. • The contractor must provide Performance and Payment Bonds (100% each) if the award is greater than $150,000.
