The South Carolina Department of Agriculture is seeking a contractor to provide waste‑management services for the Pee Dee State Farmers Market in Florence, SC. The work includes supplying five 8‑yard closed‑front containers and one 30‑yard open‑top dumpster, maintaining the containers, and performing scheduled collections (two per week in the off‑season, three per week in the peak season) over a three‑year period, with optional special‑event containers. The contractor must handle all disposal in compliance with state environmental regulations, invoice monthly on a unit‑price basis, and maintain required insurance and certifications.
