Description
The Ottawa Area Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the Learning & Leading Commons project. The project involves construction work, and bidders are required to have at least five years of experience in similar projects. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 12th, and all bids must be submitted by December 5th. The bidder must provide a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement and bid security or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount.
