The scope includes strategic research, monthly reporting, “Go/No‑Go” analyses, coordination with County staff, preparation of full grant proposals, and assistance with pre‑award agreements. • Perform ongoing grant research across economic development, resiliency, transportation, environment, public safety, historic preservation, and infrastructure sectors. • Deliver monthly funding alerts, detailed opportunity analyses, and strategic roadmaps spanning 2‑3 years. • Lead full grant writing, submission, and post‑award documentation, including project‑specific management plans and compliance reporting.
