Qualification of Contractors for Various Housing Projects

The City of Pueblo is seeking qualified contractors for various housing projects, specifically for the repair and rehabilitation of single-family housing units within the city limits. The initiative is funded through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and State of Colorado Proposition 123 funds. Contractors must identify which trade(s) they are applying for and demonstrate experience in similar projects. The City will maintain a list of qualified contractors in each trade for a minimum of two years, and contractors determined to be qualified will be invited to bid on future projects as they become available.
