Description
The Port Huron Area School District is seeking bids for the reroofing of Garfield Elementary School. The project includes removing the existing EPDM membrane and replacing it with a new Duro-Last 50-mil membrane. The contractor will be responsible for installing the new membrane, insulation, and flashing, as well as providing a 20-year warranty. The project must be completed between June 15th and August 15th. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 26th at 11am.
