Pre-Award Notice of Intent to Contract with a Single Source - Navigation Technical Assistance Contract II (NAVTAC II) IDIQ

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to extend the Navigation Technical Assistance Contract II (NAVTAC II) with Advanced Management Technology, Inc. (AMT) on a single source basis. This extension is for 1 year and will utilize single source procedures. AMT has specialized experience and technical knowledge in FAA Navigation Programs, and their expertise is critical to the maintenance and sustainment of legacy navigation systems and deployment of Performance Based Navigation. • The contract is for the provision of technical assistance services to support the FAA's navigation programs. • The extension is for a period of 1 year. • The contract will be awarded to AMT on a single source basis. • The FAA has determined that it is in the best interest to contract with a single source due to AMT's unique expertise and experience.
