Western Virginia Water Authority is seeking competitive sealed bids to supply a range of electronic water meters (sizes 5/8″ through 10″) and associated smart‑point communication hardware and accessories. The contract is for a one‑year term beginning September 1 2026, with the possibility of two additional one‑year renewals. Bidders must provide full, hard‑copy bids by the stated deadline, acknowledge all addenda, and meet strict performance, warranty, and compliance requirements (AWWA standards, Virginia health regulations, 20‑year warranty, etc.).
