Description
The Springport Public Schools is seeking bids for the Athletic Stadium Improvements project. The project includes the construction of a new stadium entrance and concession building. The scope of work includes fine grading, paving, landscaping, and other related tasks. The project is expected to start in April 2026 and be completed by November 2026.
• Bid packages include: 03.1 Concrete, 04.2 Masonry, 05.1 Structural Steel, 06.1 General Trades, 07.5 Roofing, 08.8 Alum. Glass & Glazing, 09.2 Metal Studs/Drywall/Acous cal, 09.9 Pain ng, 09.6 Flooring, 11.4 Food Service Equip., 22.2 Plumbing & HVAC, 26.1 Electrical, 31.1 Earthwork, 32.1 Asphalt Paving, 32.3 Fencing, 32.9 Landscaping.
• The bid documents can be obtained from ELITE COMPANIES, and bidders are required to submit their bids by February 26, 2026.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 16, 2026, at 3:30 pm.
