Notice of Intent for Brand Name for Maintenance and Repair for Nanosonic Equipment

The Defense Health Agency Healthcare Contracting Division Southeast (DHACA-HCD-SE) is issuing a Notice of Intent to inform industry contractors of the Government’s intent to execute a Brand Name contract for preventative maintenance and depo-level repairs for Nanosonics Trophon EPR and Trophon2 disinfecting units. The contract will be for a five-year service contract, with a base period and four option periods. The contractor will be required to provide annual preventative maintenance services, out-of-warranty break-fix repair service, and a loaner device to limit downtime.
