Description
The Ingham Intermediate School District is seeking proposals from qualified property owners or their authorized agents for the lease of office space suitable for administrative operations. The District requires approximately 5,000 square feet of usable space located within a five-mile radius of the intersection of I-96 & US-127 with easy access to these highways. The proposed facilities must meet the District's operational requirements, ensure full ADA compliance and safety, and represent a cost-effective lease arrangement for the District.
Key requirements include:
• Leased contiguous office space suitable for administrative use
• Approximately 5,000 square feet of usable space
• 10 offices
• 1 large conference room that can accommodate 40-50 participants
• 2 larger offices for 3 people to share
• Storage solution with a minimum of 1,000 square feet within the leased premises
• Location within a five-mile radius of the intersection of I-96 & US-127 with easy access to these highways
• ADA compliance and meeting all applicable building and fire codes
• Reliable HVAC, electrical, and IT/Data infrastructure suitable for office use
• Secure access with the ability to control entry points
• Availability for occupancy by March 1, 2026
