Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease a retail space in Bullhead City, Arizona, for an Armed Forces Career Center. The space must be approximately 950 gross square feet and 552 net square feet, with a term of up to 5 years. The lease must include 24-hour unrestricted access, availability of communications infrastructure, direct access to a secondary exterior exit door, and 24-hour lighted parking for government vehicles. The space must also meet certain requirements for accessibility, fire protection, and life safety. The successful offeror will be required to design and build alterations to the space, including the installation of CCTV monitors and a video intercom entry control system.
• The lease will be a fully serviced, turnkey lease with rent that covers all lessor costs, including operating costs, real estate taxes, and related insurance.
