The Maryland Department of Health is seeking a Master Contractor to renew its Smartsheet SaaS licensing for a two‑year period (FY27‑FY28). The contract is a fixed‑price Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) limited to vendors who already hold the state’s COTS Software Master Contract. The award will be based on compliance with specifications, lowest price, and inclusion of MSRP. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage system, and all pricing must remain valid for at least 90 days. The contractor must be an authorized Smartsheet reseller, provide lead‑time estimates, and supply all required licensing agreements and data‑use terms.
