Description
The Texas Department of Public Safety, Crime Lab Division (CLD), is seeking a maintenance and on-site repair service contract for the DNA Analysis Robotics Workstations. The contract includes complete on-site maintenance, repair, and coverage of all unscheduled service interventions by a Tecan-certified service engineer. The scope of work includes all function checks and error analysis, calibration, and installation of essential updates, to include preventative maintenance (parts, labor, travel). Key aspects of the contract include:
• Annual PM service and repairs for specific instruments
• Labor to include travel cost, hourly labor rate, and onsite repairs – parts cost
• Hotline support
• Update installations
The contract is expected to last for 5 years, with a total value of $210,000.00.
