The City of Charlotte Aviation Department seeks a qualified vendor to host, maintain, and enhance the CLTairport.com website and its associated iOS and Android applications, including third‑party integrations, ADA and PCI compliance, and ongoing content management. The contract is multi‑year with an estimated total value between $250,000 and $500,000. • Provide continuous hosting, security, and performance monitoring for web and mobile platforms. • Maintain and expand integrations such as flight feeds, security wait times, parking booking, payment processing, bus times, interactive maps, and loyalty programs. • Ensure compliance with ADA accessibility standards and PCI DSS security requirements, while adhering to CLT branding and delivering a user‑focused experience across devices. • Supply ongoing updates, bug fixes, feature enhancements, and support for the content management system. • Carry required insurance coverages (auto, aviation, E&O, general liability, network security, workers compensation).
