The New York City Police Department seeks a vendor to design, develop, host, and operate a secure, cloud‑based “Paid Detail” platform and mobile application that will manage scheduling, assignment, billing, reporting, and payment processing for NYPD officers who perform off‑duty security work. The solution must support roughly 6,500 uniformed members, be scalable for future growth, integrate with existing NYPD systems (Medical District, CPR), provide robust analytics, and meet stringent security standards (FedRAMP, SOC 2, PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, GDPR). The contract is a five‑year fixed‑term with two optional three‑year renewals and includes a 10 % NYPD administrative fee that the contractor will collect and remit.
