Description
The Florida Department of Corrections seeks a qualified vendor to design, implement, and support a statewide Corrections Intelligence Platform that detects, analyzes, and mitigates contraband cell‑phone activity across all state correctional facilities. The contractor will provide a fully integrated software solution, system integration, ongoing technical support, data‑ownership safeguards, and reporting tools. The contract is initially for one year with up to three one‑year renewal options, contingent on legislative appropriations. Key deliverables include the platform itself, monthly maintenance/support, and regular performance reports. The vendor must comply with FBI CJIS security standards, state/federal privacy laws, and provide trained staff who can operate within correctional environments.
