Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Philadelphia District plans to award at least three separate Architect-Engineer (A-E) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for A-E services to perform Geotechnical Engineering Services and Geo-Environmental Engineering Services. The total maximum shared capacity of the MATOC is $49,500,000. Work will primarily be performed within the USACE North Atlantic Division's mission areas, excluding Europe. The contract will be negotiated and awarded with a five-year ordering period.
• The contract is being solicited as Full and Open Competition with a Small Business Reserve.
• The Small Business size standard classification is North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330, Engineering Services.
• Firms will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work.
• The guaranteed minimum for the contract term for each firm is $10,000.
