The County of San Bernardino is seeking qualified property owners or developers to lease approximately 40,000 rentable square feet of office and program space for its Children & Family Services Department. The lease must accommodate client‑service areas, interview/visitation rooms, secure records storage, staff workstations, conference rooms, and required parking, and must meet all building‑code, ADA, and CDSS standards. The contract term is a minimum of 10 years with options up to 20 years, and the County expects a tentative award in early November 2026 with occupancy beginning January 2027. Proposals must be submitted electronically via ePro and a signed hard copy by the October 9 2026 deadline; a voluntary site walk is scheduled for September 21‑October 2 2026. Evaluation will consider qualifications, financial stability, location, schedule, lease rate, and references.
