The City of Salina is seeking a single new Fairway mower (or a demo unit with full new‑unit warranty) to replace an aging Toro Reelmaster on its municipal golf course. The contract is a straightforward purchase; the vendor must deliver the mower F.O.B. the golf course, assume all transportation costs, and provide a minimum one‑year manufacturer’s warranty along with required manuals, parts kits, and training media. The City may also accept a trade‑in credit for its 2012 Toro Reelmaster. Bids are evaluated on price and factors such as past performance, warranty, and service response.
