Engineering Services for the Stormwater Management Program, RFQ 683950

The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services in support of the County's Stormwater Management Program. The selected firms will be required to provide services on an "as needed" basis for a one-year period with up to three additional one-year renewal options. The firms must demonstrate strong project management capabilities and technical competence in supporting stormwater programs that meet the Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (VPDES) Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit requirements. Experience in the development, design, and implementation of Best Management Practices (BMPs) is essential. • The County is looking for firms with strong project management capabilities and technical competence in supporting stormwater programs. • The selected firms will be required to provide services on an "as needed" basis for a one-year period with up to three additional one-year renewal options. • The firms must demonstrate experience in the development, design, and implementation of Best Management Practices (BMPs). • The County is seeking to establish one or more fixed-fee, open-ended contracts for Professional Engineering Services. • The number of contracts awarded will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received, with a maximum of five contracts.
