Sump drainage and exterior building water proofing

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide sump drainage and exterior water proofing services at the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office in St. Louis, MO. The contractor will be responsible for excavating the exterior wall, installing a footing drain, and setting up an exterior sump basin and pump. The project must be completed within 60 days from the date of notice to proceed. The contractor will be required to provide a payment bond or irrevocable letter of credit unless the quote is under $35,000. * Provide all personnel, materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to complete the sump drainage and exterior water proofing * Excavate exterior wall down to footing and install footing drain * Install geotextile fabric and exterior sump basin and pump * Backfill to surface with clean gravel for drainage * Discharge exterior sump pump to daylight at back of building * Haul all spoils and replace landscaping as needed
